Our delicious Cottage Cheese tastes like real cottage cheese should. We have deliberately tried to turn the clock back 50 years, making our cottage cheese in open vats, using traditional techniques to create a truly luxurious tasting product that is both high in protein and low in fat.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our Cottage Cheese is our signature product made on the McCreery family farm in East Lothian, Scotland. We have reinvented cottage cheese and turned the clock back 50 years before it became a bland, zero-fat diet food. Our cheese is a chunky and creamy cottage cheese hand made in the traditional way in open vats from the freshest pasteurised Scottish cows’ milk. It’s an artisan product, not like cottage cheese you have ever tasted before. It has around 6% fat content and is high in protein – the original super food.
