We ship weekly from Asia to Heathrow, with a 2x day turnaround to the rest of the UK for our wholesale customers.
Refund Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our produce, and everything we sell is personally checked by one of our dedicated quality assurance team members at each point along the supply chain. If our produce arrives damaged or not in the shape that you would expect please call us at point of delivery so that we can have a video call to view any issues. Where our produce has failed to meet our normal high standards we are happy to offer a full refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
With the exception of goods that we agree do not meet our normal our rigorous quality control standards, we do not off returns or refunds once an order progresses to the processing stage. This is because our produce is Ultra Fresh and perishable.
