Shipping Policy

Order before 4pm for next day shipping.  Local shipping is next day.  National shipping is 2 working days.  All goods are shipped in temperature controlled packaging to ensure quality and freshness.

Refund Policy

If food arrives spoiled then we will of course consider a refund.  As soon as you open your delivery, if there's an issue, please contact us.  Contacting us too late could result in a failure to refund as products are generally fresh and therefore perishable.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
