What is Black Truffle Mustard?
We begin with an authentic Dijon mustard produced in Dijon, France. This mustard was selected for it’s mild heat & extremely high-quality ingredients. No ‘mustard powder’ is used in its production, instead whole mustard seeds are crushed and cold blended with the rest of the ingredients to ensure the delicate flavours & aromas are not damaged. The mustard is then expertly infused with highest quality European Black Truffles (Tuber Aestivum).

Light in texture, with a mild heat and heady black truffle taste.
How should I use it?

A rich tomato ketchup made from sun ripened tomatoes and a blend of herbs and spices. The ketchup is then expertly blended with the highest quality European Black Truffles (Tuber Aestivum) to produce a truly luxurious condiment.
What does it taste like?
The texture of the ketchup is luxuriously smooth. Expect rich tomato flavours combined with earthy, savoury depth from the black truffle.
How should I use it?
Our black truffle ketchup (200g) adds a luxurious twist to just about anything. We recommend trying with chips, or as a secret ingredient in tomato soup.

What is black truffle tagliatelle?
Tagliatelle, derived from the Italian word tagliare – meaning “to cut” – refers to a type of pasta originating from the Marche region of Italy, which is where TruffleHunter was founded. We are proud of our heritage, and still work with expert pasta makers in the region to ensure our tagliatelle’s authenticity.
What does it taste like?
Expect restaurant quality Black Truffle Tagliatelle pasta with a subtle hint of Black Truffle in each bite.
How should I use it?
This pasta should be cooked in lightly salted boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Drain and toss with a tablespoon of TruffleHunter Black Truffle Oil. Finish with finely grated parmigiana. Ideal quantity for 4 persons.
