We use the finest Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP.
Only specific varieties of grape vine can be used in its production and the finished product must be refined in high-quality wooden vessels. The result is a velvety smooth balsamic vinegar, that we expertly blend with our unique flavour & the highest quality white truffle.
What does it taste like?
Velvety smooth texture, with delicate truffle aroma & woody overtones. Balanced bitter-sweet balsamic vinegar taste, with white truffle flavour throughout.
How should I use it?

What is English Truffle Oil (100ml)?
Our English truffle oil is made entirely from locally sourced ingredients. We shave English black truffles, foraged in Southern England, and expertly blend them with our unique flavour & an award winning extra virgin rapeseed oil from Oxfordshire. The rapeseed oil is cold-pressed, which produces less oil than heated pressing but ensures that the delicate flavours & aromas are not damaged.
What does it taste like?
Heady earthy aroma. Black truffle flavour throughout with a smooth, nutty finish.
How should I use it?
Use our English Truffle Oil (100ml) as a finishing oil to dress dishes before serving.
Although the uses are endless, we recommend drizzling on pasta, pizza and risotto.
