- Manage your stock manually, sell through, or integrate our platform with your POS or stock management system;
- We'll notify you of every order; and you can track everything with ease through our Seller Portal and App to see exactly how you're doing or to make adjustments to your stock as your sales come through.

- Local deliveries of taken care of for you. Simply pick, pack, and update your order as ready for delivery and we'll take it from there;

All our sales are billed in GBP, so if your bank’s currency is not GBP, the amount deposited in your currency may vary based on the available exchange rate.

Here are some common questions about selling on Fresh Directory:
How do fees work on Fresh Directory?
Joining as a seller and starting a store on Fresh Directory are free. There is then just one basic fee on all of our transactions: a marketplace commission.
As we believe that producers and sellers should always get the lions share of any earnings we keep this low. Just 5% on your first £10,000 worth of sales, and 8% thereafter.
These fees support our platform including: providing technical and customer support; investing in our advanced technology; and advertising and marketing Fresh Directory to help bring us, and you, to a wider audience.
What do I need to do to create a store?
It’s easy to create a Store on Fresh Directory. If you don’t already have one, set up your Seller Account, including your Store name, location, and list your products.
You can choose whether you want to offer free local shipping (£2.50 within 5 mile radius of your store) or whether you want customers to pay the delivery fee. After that your are ready to go.
How do I get paid?
When you sign up you’ll be asked to create a Stripe account. Stripe will verify your details to make sure you are who you say you are and to help us avoid any potential fraud. Once verified you are ready to sell. Funds for your delivered sales are automatically placed into your bank account, minus our marketplace commission, every 14 days.
We provide a full ledger in your Seller Portal to help you keep track.
Do I need a credit or debit card to create a shop?
No, a credit or debit card is not required to create a seller Store. During the sign up process you will be asked to provide a bank account number and sort code. These will be used to directly deposit all your earnings through the platform.
What can I sell on Fresh Directory?
Fresh Directory aims to be the World’s largest marketplace for passionate farmers, boutique food & beverage producers, and artisan sellers to market their incredible produce. So if your products fit in these categories we’d love to have you on board. For certain items, e.g. alcohol, you must hold the relevant authority issued license.
